1. 個人情報の定義と保護 1. Definition and Protection of Personal Information

① 本規定にいう「個人情報」とは、ユーザー(ただし個人に限ります)の氏名、生年月日、住所、メールアドレス等の情報であって、その記述により特定の個人を識別することができる情報(他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含みます)を意味します。 ① "Personal Information" as referred to in this Policy means information relating to an individual User (limited to natural persons) such as name, date of birth, address, email address, or other details that can identify a specific individual (including information that can be easily combined with other data to identify an individual).

② 当社は、当社が本サービス上で取得したユーザーの個人情報(以下「ユーザー個人情報」)の唯一の所有者であり、本規定に従って、ユーザー個人情報を管理します。 ② The Company is the sole owner of personal information obtained from Users through the Services (hereinafter referred to as "User Personal Information") and will manage such information in accordance with this Policy.

2. 取得する情報 2. Information Collected

当社グループは、前項の個人情報に加えて、ユーザーより、次の情報を取得する場合があります。前項の個人情報と次の情報とを併せて、以下「個人情報等」と言います。 In addition to the above Personal Information, the CROOZ Hotel Group may collect the following types of information from Users. Collectively, these are referred to as "Personal and Related Information."

• ① アクセス履歴等の行動情報（以下「履歴情報」）① Behavioral information such as access logs and browsing history ("History Information")
• ② 本サービス利用時に自動で生成されるIPアドレス、ブラウザ種類等のログ情報② Automatically generated log information such as IP address and browser type
• ③ 端末のOS情報や個体識別情報等の機器情報③ Device information such as OS details and device identifiers
• ④ 端末から送信される位置情報④ Location information transmitted from the User's device
• ⑤ プロフィール情報やメッセージ等、ユーザーが本サービス上において登録した情報⑤ Profile information, messages, or other data registered by Users within the Services
• ⑥ 本件サービスが、第三者の提供するサービスと連携を行うもので、ユーザーが連携することを承諾した場合、当該サービス上の登録情報⑥ Information registered on third-party services, when the User has agreed to link such services with the Company's Services

3. 個人情報等の利用目的 3. Purpose of Use of Personal and Related Information

当社グループの個人情報等の利用目的は、以下のとおりです。当社グループは、原則として、これ以外の目的では、ユーザー個人情報等を使用しません。ただし、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」(以下「個人情報保護法」といいます)により本人に予め通知をし、または公表することを要しないとされている場合には、この限りではありません。 The purposes for which the CROOZ Hotel Group uses Personal and Related Information are as follows. In principle, the Group will not use this information for purposes other than those listed below, except where prior notice or public disclosure is not required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan.

• ② 紛争・訴訟等への対応のため② To respond to disputes, claims, or legal proceedings
• ③ 新サービス等の情報をお知らせするため③ To inform Users about new services or updates
• ④ 市場調査、統計データ作成、分析等のため④ For market research, statistical analysis, and data analysis
• ⑤ 懸賞企画等において、当選された方へ賞品を送るため⑤ To send prizes or gifts to winners of promotional campaigns
• ⑥ 当社グループから広告または広告主の情報を提供するため⑥ To provide advertisements or information from the Group or its partners
• ⑦ 不正利用防止のため⑦ To prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Services
• ⑧ ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの対応等、ユーザーに各種連絡をするため⑧ To respond to User inquiries and communicate necessary information

4. 共同利用 4. Shared Use of Information

当社グループは、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報等を、当社グループ各社間で共同利用することがあります。このとき、共同利用する個人情報等の範囲は第2項、共同利用の目的は第3項のとおりです。共同利用者の範囲は、当社グループの各社となります。共同利用における管理責任者は、第12項のとおりです。 The CROOZ Hotel Group may share Personal and Related Information among its affiliated companies when necessary to achieve the purposes listed in Section 3. The scope of information shared corresponds to Section 2, and the shared purpose corresponds to Section 3. The parties with whom the information is shared are the companies within the CROOZ Hotel Group. The person responsible for managing shared information is identified in Section 12.

5. 第三者提供 5. Provision to Third Parties

当社グループは、ユーザーの同意無しで、ユーザー個人情報等を第三者に提供することはいたしません。ただし、以下の場合及び個人情報保護法により許諾されている場合には、当社グループはユーザーの個人情報等を第三者に提供または開示することがあります。 The CROOZ Hotel Group will not provide or disclose Users' Personal and Related Information to any third party without the User's consent, except in the following cases or when permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

• ① ユーザー個人情報等の第三者への提供・開示についてユーザー本人の同意がある場合① When the User has given explicit consent for disclosure or provision to a third party
• ② 第3項に定める利用目的の達成のために、第6項に定める個人情報等の預託先にユーザー個人情報等を提供する必要がある場合② When it is necessary to provide information to service providers or subcontractors (as described in Section 6) to achieve the purposes listed in Section 3
• ③ 裁判所、警察、税務署、消費者生活センター、その他の法律や条例等で認められた権限を持つ機関から判決、命令、照会または要請を受けた場合③ When disclosure is required by a court, police, tax authority, consumer affairs center, or other organization with legal authority
• ④ 当社グループが、第三者または当社グループの生命、身体、権利または財産等を保護するために必要な場合であって、ユーザー本人の同意を得ることが困難または不適当であると当社グループが判断した場合④ When it is necessary to protect the life, body, rights, or property of a third party or the CROOZ Hotel Group and obtaining the User's consent is difficult or inappropriate

6. 個人情報等の預託 6. Entrustment of Personal Information

当社グループは、ユーザーサポート業務・システムの改善・保守や情報処理の業務を外部に委託する際に、個人情報等を預託する場合があります。その際には、高い個人情報保護水準を確保していることを条件に委託先を選定し、秘密保持契約を締結した上で預託を行います。 The CROOZ Hotel Group may entrust Personal and Related Information to external service providers when outsourcing operations such as customer support, system maintenance, or data processing. In such cases, the Group will select contractors that maintain a high standard of data protection and enter into confidentiality agreements before any entrustment.

7. 免責事項について 7. Disclaimer

ユーザーが、本サービス上(メール、掲示板を含みますが、これに限られません。)において、当社グループからの提供依頼によらず自発的に個人情報等を開示した場合、その情報が第三者によって収集され使用される可能性があります。これにより、ユーザーが損害を被った場合であっても、当社グループは一切責任を負わないものとします。 If a User voluntarily discloses Personal or Related Information through the Services (including but not limited to email or message boards), such information may be collected and used by third parties. The CROOZ Hotel Group shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such disclosure.

8. ユーザー個人情報の開示・訂正・削除等 8. Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Information

当社グループは、ユーザーからユーザーの個人情報の開示・訂正・追加・削除または利用停止の申出があった場合は、当社グループが適切と判断する方法によりユーザーの本人確認を行ったうえで、適切と判断した場合には、合理的な範囲で速やかに個人情報を開示・訂正・追加・削除または利用停止の措置を実施いたします。 When a User requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, the CROOZ Hotel Group will verify the identity of the requester by appropriate means and, if deemed reasonable, will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.

9. クッキー(Cookie)について 9. Use of Cookies

当社グループは、履歴情報を取得するためにクッキー(Cookie)を使用することがあります。クッキーとは、ユーザーが本サービスを訪問したときに、サーバーがユーザーのパソコンにデータを送るために利用する小さなテキストファイルで、クッキーに保存されている情報だけではユーザーを特定することはできません。

また、本サービスでは、広告配信、効果測定、利便性の向上等のために広告を表示している会社や第三者企業において、クッキーまたはウェブビーコン等を使用することがあります。この場合のクッキーまたはウェブビーコンの利用は、各会社のプライバシーの考え方に従って行われます。

ユーザーは、使用しているブラウザの設定を変更することによりクッキーを拒否することができます。クッキーを拒否した場合には、本サービスの一部がご利用できない場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。 The CROOZ Hotel Group may use cookies to collect History Information. Cookies are small text files sent to a User's device when visiting the Services. They do not, by themselves, identify an individual User.

Third-party advertisers and analytics partners may also use cookies or web beacons for ad delivery, performance measurement, and improving convenience.

Users can disable cookies in their browser settings; however, doing so may result in limited access to certain parts of the Services.

10. 本規定の改訂 10. Revisions to this Policy

当社グループは、ユーザーの承諾を得ずに本規定の全部または一部を改訂することができます。ただし重要な変更と当社グループが判断した場合には、本サービス上において、分かりやすい方法でユーザーにお知らせします。 The CROOZ Hotel Group may revise all or part of this Policy without obtaining User consent. In the event of significant changes, the Group will provide clear notice to Users via the Services.

11. 13歳未満の児童の利用について 11. Use by Children (Applicable to Users in the United States)

（本項は、米国のユーザーに対してのみ適用します。）

米国の「児童オンラインプライバシー保護法」によって、13歳未満の児童から収集、利用又は開示された個人情報に対して一定のルールが課されています。両親や保護者は、子供の本サービスへのアクセスや利用について監視し、制限するようお願いします。

当社グループは13歳未満の児童であることを承知のうえでその児童から個人情報を収集したり、個人情報を求めたり、本サービスの利用をさせたりしません。ユーザーが13歳未満の場合は、本サービスを利用したり、氏名、住所、電話番号あるいはメールアドレスを含めた自分自身の情報を送信しようとしないでください。当社グループは13歳未満の児童の個人情報が収集されていることを知った場合には、速やかにその個人情報を削除します。 (This section applies only to Users in the United States.)

Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), special rules apply to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under the age of 13. Parents or guardians are requested to supervise and limit access to the Services by their children.

The CROOZ Hotel Group does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13, nor does it knowingly allow them to use the Services. If it becomes known that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, such information will be promptly deleted.
